Primary Colours
Primary Colours is a non-profit community publishing and education company based in Huddersfield.
Established in 1997 Primary Colours' mission is “Creating a better world for our children by helping them understand and embrace cultural diversity within our society.”
As well as creating a range of culturally inclusive teaching packs Primary Colours runs large and small scale projects in partnership with schools and local authorities which promote creativity, cultural diversity and community cohesion.
Founder and Managing Director Marcia Hutchinson was awarded an MBE for services to cultural diversity in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours List
